⦁ Connection fee
⦁ Deposit fee
⦁ Filled and signed connection form

Upon request for a new connection, the officer in charge visits the site to assess the availability of water services at your premise and if so you are required to fill the new connection form and the officer in charge signs. Thereafter, you submit the form to the billing officer for registration in to the online billing system. Once registered the customer makes payments depending on the category of the consumer as per the tariff.
